Description (partial)

Users cannot access DMM GUI anymore after DMM hostname change. Getting the following error message:

 The requested URL /dmsadmin/main.jsp was not found on this server. 

Trying restarting the DMM web service or reboot the device, it fails to restart properly.

DMM hostname changed from capital letters to small letters from the DMM Application Administration interface NETWORK_SETTINGS -> HOSTNAME.

For example, change it from "" to "".
