Last Modified

Mar 29, 2017

Products (1)

  • Cisco TelePresence Conductor

Known Affected Releases

XC2.2

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Conductor admin page > Users > LDAP configuration > initially configure the 'FQDN Address Resolution' = Address Record > 'Port' = 636 > 'Encryption' = TLS

The above works fine, the conductor will negotiate TLS.

Next alter the 'FQDN Address Resolution' = SRV and the 'Port' field will become greyed out = 636 and SAVE.

The Conductor reports the connection is OK but it is not, AD users cannot login at all.

Conditions:
Conductor LDAP configuration using SRV and TLS with greyed out port field as 636
