Description (partial)

While upgrading DPE to PCP 5.1, the below error message will be thrown.

When upgrading DPE from 4.2.1 to PCP 5.1, the installer will ask to remove the BPR_HOME directory. When removing the BPR_HOME directory and running the upgrade again will result in error.
