Description (partial)

IGMP snooping constrains traffic in MAC multicast groups 0100.5e00.0001 to 0100.5eff.ffff.
However, following CLI permits all MACs to be configured (even those to which snooping does not apply)
  mac-address-table static 0300.5e11.1111 vlan 200 interface fa2/3 fa2/4 disable-snooping

CLI needs to limit configuration only to relevant MACs.
