Description (partial)

Symptom:
IGMP snooping constrains traffic in MAC multicast groups 0100.5e00.0001 to 0100.5eff.ffff.
 
However, following CLI permits all MACs to be configured (even those to which snooping does not apply)
  mac-address-table static 0300.5e11.1111 vlan 200 interface fa2/3 fa2/4 disable-snooping

CLI needs to limit configuration only to relevant MACs.
