Symptom: The wanphy interface failes to come UP. Observed below state in controller. RP/0/RP0/CPU0:CRS1_8bra1#sh controllers te 0/2/0/3 phy | i WIS Fri Dec 13 14:27:36.562 Buc<br> WIS: HW In WAN Mode<br> <<<< showing WAN mode WIS Link DOWN<br> WIS Local Fault Detected<br> WIS Path Loss of Cell Delineation<br> WIS Link DOWN<br> WIS Local Fault Detected<br> WIS Path Loss of Cell Delineation<br> RP/0/RP0/CPU0:CRS1_8bra1#sh controllers wanphy 0/2/0/3 all Mon Dec 9 09:30:49.038 Buc Interface: wanphy0/2/0/3 Configuration Mode: LAN Mode Operational Mode: LAN Mode By default the interface should be in "lan mode" per documentation, which is not the case here.
