Description (partial)
Symptom: A VoLTE subscriber (IMSI 311480059630563) cannot accept a terminating phone call to their VoLTE device. Conditions: This issue seem to be related to session recovery on the standby chassis. Either the subscriber session is check pointed to Standby (The IPv6 next-hop is not learnt from the IP pool) or incorrectly learnt. As a result, when the egress IPv6 traffic is routed out, it is routing using the default gateway.
