Description (partial)

Symptom:
Transaction Logs Export stop working on eCDS. Issue occurs when remote FTP server is down or failing to respond , the ftp process is stuck in Service Engine instead of timeout.

Conditions:
Occurs when remote log export FTP server failed to respond or down due to network issues.
