Description (partial)

Symptom:
The TelePresence Server can unexpectedly restart after a media resource reboots due to reviving unexpected invalid data. The diagnostic log contains messages of the form:

Conditions:
This restart can be caused by any form of invalid video bit-stream data, most like due to a malfunctioning endpoint but also possibly packet loss.
