Cisco Bug: CSCum09680 - dtiPathTraceabilityTable infor on disconnected DTI port still exist

Symptom: dtiPathTraceabilityTable information on disconnected DTI port still exist. Conditions: 1. Connect 2 DTI links on both Dti2/1/0 and Dti2/1/1 interfaces. 2. Verify 1 port is in active and another one is in standy mode. 3. Verify path trace server information is correct on both active and standy ports. 4. Get dtiPathTraceabilityTable entry by means of getmany, all information on both DTI ports is consistent with CLI ouput in step 3. 5. Diconnect active link between Dti2/1/0 interface DTI server. Verify Dti2/1/1 interface become active and Dti2/1/0 become inactive status in CLI output. 6. Get dtiPathTraceabilityTable entry by means of getmany, all information on Dti2/1/0 (previous active, but inactive now) still exist, which is unexpect behaivor. 7. Disable/enable cable clock dti by CLI to trigger DTI card reload. 8. Repeat step 6, all information on Dti2/1/0 (previous active, but inactive now) does not exist now, which is expect behaivor.
