Description (partial)

Symptom:
NX-OS 6.2(2) shutdown trunk promiscuous vPC port-channel cause BPDU timeout on vPC peer link in all Vlans

Conditions:
The topology is simply 2 N7ks running vPC connecting to a switch. When trunk promiscuous vPC port-channel was shutdown, it would cause BPDU timeout on vPC peer link in all Vlans.
