Cisco Bug: CSCum06402 - 9971 phone shows display name as unknown in call history
Feb 26, 2019
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The orignal called party is the same as the connected number. The SIP phone should update the call history but it does not. Per phone DE, CUCM should send called party name in RPID with tag x-cisco-original-called. In the example below the 180 RINGING has two RPID but the phone will only look at the RPID with the x-cisco-original-called tag. Since this RPID does not have called name the call history shows unknown.
