Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Call being disconnected by the EX90 after 18 Seconds. EX90 is dialing outbound using the following call flow: EX90 <H.323> VCS <SIP> CUCM <MGCP> Gateway <PRI> Provider. If the call goes outbound SIP from the EX90 the call will complete. If the call goes outbound H.323 from the EX90 the call will fail. Conditions: Calling outbound H.323 (TC5.1.7) where the Alerting Message is not being received with a 15 to 18 Second Window and the EX90 is disconnecting the call.
