Description (partial)

The second A9K-RSP440-TR module inserted in the Cisco ASR 9000 series router is not able to reach the redundancy standby ready state.

It could be observed on the Cisco ASR 9000 series router when the second A9K-RSP440-TR module inserted into the chassis.
