Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Prime Infrastructure constantly says the audit of a WLC is mismatch with the reason that LradIfDot11nDual is not present in the controller for a given AP mac address. This happens even if you do refresh config from WLC.
It seems to be an AP having regular disconnections and constantly joining various WLCs.
In any case, this should not be a reason to fail an audit at all.

PI 2.0
Seen with access points regularly leaving/joining WLCs
