Description (partial)

Symptom:
Downloaded recording (.mp4) is truncated.

Conditions:
When using Search and Play Web App, when downloading a recording to MP4 for the first time, click on the download icon for that recording, then quickly click on it again.

Media Sense - Search and Play
I have Media Sense 9.1.0.. Having trouble saving a particular recording to save off and send to a customer. See the attached picture..when I click on the icon of the "floppy disk" nothing ever happens. I do the same for other recordings and it asks me what/where I want to save it to.. any ideas how I can pull it down? through ssh? Thanks1
