Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA is configured as a DHCP Server or DHCP Relay -Agent. ASA will not send DHCP Offer packet (drops in ASP) if its configured with nat statement with keyword "any" and ASA receives a DHCP Discover packet with bootflag as broadcast.

Conditions:
This Only happens if ASA:-

# Has any nat statement with keyword "Any"
# Bootflag in DHCP Discover is Broadcast.
