Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a Normalization script is added to a SIP trunk,  the script is not being applied to some outbound messages, particularly 200 OK responses.

Conditions:
Normalization script is not being applied to outbound messages causing interoperability issues that were trying be address with the script.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue when trying to perform a call transfer from Lync to a Cisco Phone with SIP REFER method. I am using CUCM 10.5(2)SU2a and Lync 2013. Lync integrated with CUCM over a SIP trunk. During a call between Cisco IP Phone and Lync Client, I am trying to transfer a call to another Cisco IP phone but the transfer fails.
