Description (partial)
Symptom: A frequent dhcpd crash may be observed on a Cisco CRS and XR12k with IOS-XR 4.3.x and 5.1.1. Conditions: Whenever DHCP tries to send out a packet towards the access side, it may assert a dhcpd crash. The probability of DHCP sending packet depends on the packet reception and configuration. If the device is supposed to be a DHCP relay/proxy, then crash happens very often as the incoming DHCP packets rate will be high.
