Symptom: It seems ISE is automatically configured for TCP offloading which means the NIC automatically reassembles IP packets. This translates into the fact that if you take a TCPdump on ISE, you will see IP packet with length of 3000-4000, i.e. way above the MTU. Conditions: Taking TCPdump on ISE 1.2
