Description (partial)

Symptom:
When between two encrypted chat users, user1 can still chat with user2 while user2 is still not added in user1's buddy list.

When in this scenario, app should not be able to chat between the two accounts.

this defect would not bring in user impact.. it's just a non-logical behavior in app itself.

- B= user2
- A: AES Only
- B: AES(E)+NoEncode(D): support End to End Ecryption for IM=enable, Support NO Encoding for IM=Disable

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
=============
- user1 add user2 in buddy
- user2 receives user1's contact request, but don't response it
- user1 see user2 at contact list with offline presence
- user1 send message to user2
- user2 can't receive the message, then user2 chat with user2 (15:08) there should be another defect for this.
- after that, user1 and user2 can chat freely. (15:09)
