Symptom: The cfmd process will abnormally terminate on CRS/C12000 systems if the user attempts to run an unsupported on-demand ethernet SLA cfm-loss-measurement probe. Conditions: This issue affects CRS and C12000 devices running IOS-XR releases 4.3.1 to 5.1.1, it is fixed in 5.1.2 and beyond. The issue is only seen when running an on-demand operation on these platforms using the unsupported cfm-loss-measurement packet type.
