Symptom: Calls or SIP messages are sent to the Remote Device even if they are down(either for maintenance or due to crash) Conditions: Remote SIP Device is Shutdown or Crashed, which leads to this Device not sending about the Abort to CVP on the already existing established TCP Stream.
