Description (partial)
Symptom: Some Layer2 traffic can be seen leaking out the WLCs management interface in a Wired Guest w/anchor scenario. Conditions: Wired Guest setup Foreign and Anchor Mobility tunnel is up and Wired Guest does get an IP address from the Anchor side but has not authenticated yet so no L3 connectivity. Client may be trying to ARP for the Def GW and this may leak out Foreign's Mgmt Interface
