Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a server is gracefully shut down from within UCSM (Shutdown Server) the status in UCSM instantly changes to "Power Off" even though the server is still going through the process of shutting down. Same thing happens if the server is shutdown via PowerTools (Get-UcsServiceProfile SERVICE_PROFILE | Set-UcsServerPower -State "soft-shut-down" -Force).
