Description (partial)

Symptom:
The user is allowed to configure a zone database for a VSAN that exceeds limits without any warning. 

Consequently, a zone merge of one or more VSANs fails. The following type of syslog message is logged:

  %ZONE-2-ZS_MERGE_FAILED  %$VSAN 1%$ Zone merge failure, isolating interface port-channel 1 reason: FC2 sequence size exceeded:[reason:0]

Conditions:
This issue only occurs when the zone database exceeds 2 MB. This is the sum of the active and full zoning databases displayed in the show zone status command.
