Description (partial)

Symptom:
Badly corrupted video when TCS decodes 720p and above H.264 from an MCU or TelePresence Server when using H.323 or SIP.

Previously it was thought that only H.323 was affected, but it seems in certain scenarios SIP experiences the problem as well.

Conditions:
H.264 and HD video along with H.323 or SIP for signalling

I noticed similar problem releated to bug <key>CSCul97025</key> in point to point call between TCS to MX200. Did anyone gone thru this kind of problem?
