Cisco Bug: CSCul96714 - S-BGP crashes when cleaning up RPC set during vrf unconfiguration
Aug 01, 2018
- Cisco Carrier Routing System
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: BGP process crash on Standby-RP when VRF configuration is removed from the router. This will not affect BGP's normal operation. Conditions: There is a timing condition involved where Standby-BGP has deleted the database corresponding to the VRF being un-configured first. Later on, Standby-BGP gets a sync message from Active-BGP to delete the Resilient Per-CE NH set for that database. The issue will be seen only when label allocation mode is set to per-ce.
