Description (partial)

Symptom:
Newly created script is not available for view or edit using Internet Script Editor after saving and closing the script.

Conditions:
New script is created, or a copy of existing script using "save as".

Internet Script Editor is configured to use CCMP or CCDM as the authorization server on the CCE AWV distributor, and the user is sub-authorized.
