Symptom: wrong service-class name created when setting qos enforced-rule via snmp Conditions: set ccqmCmtsEnfRuleEnfSerClassName or ccqmCmtsEnfRuleEnfSerClassName value to a existed service-class which has a long name for the first time, and then set them to a short one,
