Symptom: - Netstack may stop processing interface traffic if static MTU settings are not properly applied for GRE / IPSec tunnels on both CGR1000 and peer ASR. - Netstack will not able to receive any more traffic if there is a lot of ipv6 packets with the source address is 0 Conditions: If the GRE and IPSec tunnel interfaces on the CGR are configured either with or without static MTU configurations, while the peer ASR's GRE and IPSec tunnels' MTU settings are not statically set to match those on the corresponding CGR's GRE and IPSec tunnel interfaces, MBUF leak will occur and cause Netstack to stop processing interface traffic.
