Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone is frozen after send many LLDP packets with different vvlan to SW port in a short time.

Conditions:
Use a script to inject LLDP packets with different voice vlan to SW port of the phone. Interval of each LLDP packet is 0.1 second.
