Description (partial)

RTP/3GPP streaming with the AVC video code currently requires an AAC audio stream. Having no audio stream, or having some other audio codec, will result in a crash or other bad behavior.

RTP/3GPP streaming enabled and either no audio code, the first audio code is of some type other than AAC.
