Description (partial)

Symptom:
Running show commands cause vty / console session to hang and will not return to prompt.

Conditions:
This issue is seen in Sup7E, Sup7L-E or 4500-X running IOS-XE release.
Issue is applicable to 15.x E and SG releases.
