Description (partial)
Symptom: When a Cisco 26xx camera is added to VSM and the camera is configured to receive contact closure events for open state in VSM and the camera contact closure port is in LOW state, the camera continuously sends events for open state. Conditions: This conditions occurs when NTP is configured on the camera and contact closure port state is LOW on the camera. NTP is configured on the camera by VSM when the camera is added/configured by VSM.
