Known Affected Releases
Symptom: While using Guest Portal along with "Guest users should be allowed to do Device Registration", when the Guest user registers the device, the device falls into the UNKNOWN Group whereas it should go in either the GuestEndpoints group or in the RegisteredDevices group. Conditions: Using Guest Portal with Guest users should be allowed to do Device Registration. Flow : - User opens a web browser and is redirected to Guest Portal. - He enters his credentials and is presented the AUP page on successful authentication. - The Device Registration page comes up where he needs to enter his MAC address and registers the device . But this device is found in the Unknown Endpoint Identity Group.
