Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Calls don't roll over to end user's voicemail for both call forward no answer and call forward busy. Conditions: Customer running CUCM 10.0.1.10000-24. End user uses self care portal to enable call forward to a number and uses IP Phone to disable call forward.
