Cisco Bug: CSCul90185 - .DOCX link using IE 8.0 from an "Open Online" message saves as a .ZIP

Symptom: When using IE 8.0 to open a .DOCX link of an encrypted message sent through CRES using the "Open Online" feature, IE 8.0 offers to save (or open) the file as a ZIP instead of the appropriate .DOCX. This does not happen with any other browser. Conditions: Prerequisites: * Windows XP (listed as 'certified' with IE 8.0 on the compatibility matrix) * Windows 7 (listed as 'compatible' with IE 8.0 on the compatibility matrix) * Internet Explorer 8.0 Steps: * Send an encrypted message that contains a *.DOCX file to a user using CRES. (Captilization is important) * (Tested domains were "gmail.com" (which does not officially support IE 8.0) and "cisco.com" using OWA. * Use the "Open Online" feature so the CRES servers are explicitly serving the file to the user. * Click on the .DOCX link. IE 8.0 will offers to save (or open) the file as a ZIP instead of the appropriate .DOCX.
