Symptom: Call started failing,openfire stops responding and finesse went ot OUT_OF SERVICE Conditions: On a loaded setup running at 125% BHCC (600 Agents Configured, 300 agents Logged in with 100 agent Chat Load) with Finesse+LiveData+Chat load the issue might happen after sustained load for more than 4 days.
