Description (partial)

When PFC packet buffer reservation via 'hardware profile pfc mmu reservation' command is high, e.g., 90%, control packets in no-drop classes, ingressing network ports and going to CPU,may get dropped due to lack of buffer memory.Symptom:LACP, UDLD, BFD, UDP, STP packets are dropped and protocols may flap.
Conditions:High buffer reservation for PFC, in 'hardware profile pfc mmu reservation'  command, e.g., 90%
