Description (partial)

Symptom:
L2 upgrade, CUCM node failed to auto switch version after installation

Conditions:
During CUCM L2 Upgrade one of the subscriber nodes failed to auto switch-version after successful installation.

Upgrading from 10.0.1.10000-22 to 10.0.1.10000-24.

From syslogs, I see that the shutdown script was issued but the system did not actually shutdown. There are few errors as show below:
