Description (partial)

Symptom:
IP traffic is not forwarded over Virtual-Access interface for VPDN/L2TP forwarded session on ASR 1002 X with IPBASE image.
Normally VPDN is not supported with IPBASE image at all.

Conditions:
ASR1002X with IPBASE image is used as LNS to terminate forwarded PPP sessions over L2TP (VPDN)
