Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following WLC message glogs report an invalid AP condition but they don't include any info about the AP they refer to (AP name/MAC):

*spamApTask3: Dec 05 14:22:27.293: #CAPWAP-4-INVALID_STATE_EVENT: capwap_ac_sm.c:949 The system detects an invalid AP event (Capwap_discovery_request) and state (Capwap_dtls_teardown) combination
*spamReceiveTask: Dec 05 14:22:27.293: #CAPWAP-4-INVALID_STATE_EVENT: capwap_ac_sm.c:6670 The system detects an invalid AP event (Capwap_configuration_update_request) and state (Capwap_dtls_teardown) combination

The current info included in the msglog is useless, hence asking to add AP info to this message.

Conditions:
WLC running 7.4.110.18 escalation code.
