Symptom:
Voice not transmission is not proper between Agent,Customer and supervisor on toggling monitoring session from Silent to Coaching mode when Secure recording is going on in Agent Endpoint

Conditions:
All Endpoints (Agent, Supervisor,Customer and Recorders) are set to Encrypted mode
Agent and customer Endpoint set to ILBC codec
Supervisor set to codec other than ILBC (G.711, G.722 or G.729)
"Play Monitoring Notification Tone To Observed Target" and "Play Monitoring Notification Tone To Observed Connected Parties  Required Field" set to "True" in Service parameter
