Description (partial)
Symptom: When LNS switches off while the sessions keep on establishing at LAC, LAC finds the l2tp db memory exhausted after sometime. Due to this, it fails to update the session in the database and during this period a crash is observed. Conditions: This symptom occurs when LAC tries to add l2tp session in the database and fails to do so. In order to handle this error condition, LAC frees the l2tp and l2x session twice. This double free is the reason for crash.
