Known Affected Releases
Symptom: CUCI Lync sets user presence status to "Busy" or "On the Phone" while on an active call. Conditions: 1) RCC with CUPS/CUCM 2) With VXME on Cisco 6215 terminals 3) As a soft phone client on a laptop 4) Controlling a physical Cisco phone.
