Description (partial)

Symptom:
High counter value for "input packets" and "bytes" on Bundle-ether interface.  Large number of input drops may also be seen on the same interface.

Conditions:
After doing shut/no-shut or clear counters on bundle-ether interface huge input counters are noticed. This may occur on layer 2 or layer 3 bundles and optionally with sub-interfaces.
