Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber endpoints are expected to be in/out of service, ie., registered/unregistered to the CUCM cluster.  This is the nature of a mobile client.   Assurance is generating Device Unreachable events when these mobile clients become unregistered to the cluster.

Conditions:
This has been observed with Prime Collaboration 10.0
