Description (partial)

Symptom:APC Disable alarm is raised on an amplifier belonging to a omni-dir side. Circuits are not set in service.

Conditions:1. NSC2K-F ROADM node, with an omnidir-node equipped with amplifiers
2. A APC disabling alarm is raised on one of these amplifiers.
3. APC alarm is raised along the disabling alarm. This is wrong, because the amplifier is on a omni-dir side.
