Description (partial)

Symptom:
AlarmID is missing in the forwarded EPM formatted Alarm. 
PCA 9.5 provide ability to forward Alarms north bound using SNMP EPM-NOTIFICATION-MIB format. 
When an Alarm being forwarded it was missing the AlarmID, which is the product Alarm unique identification (not the sequence id from the DB). 
The Alarm ID is used to to quickly identify an Alarm based on its ID and make a quick decision at the north bound OSS system with minimal overhead on the OSS processing subsystem what to do next with this Alarm.

Conditions:
Hardware configuration: VMware v5.1 ESXi
Software configuration: PCA 9.5 MSP
Problem frequency: for any Alarm that being forwarded north bound using notification rule.
