Description (partial)

Symptom:
OPC mini dump generated due to getting a queued event for a call which was cleared

Conditions:
OPC received wrong event.  CTI Route Point is receiving an "ALERTING" state and CTI Route Point should never receive an alerting state.  The ICM Route Point has the issue when other JTAPI users are also associated to the ICM route point. De-associate ICM route point and associate only with PG JTAPI user.
